How to request a refund
- Contact us via

within 7 days of payment.
- Include the email address you used to log in and the
approximate date of payment (a payment reference/receipt helps but is
not required).
- We confirm the purchase and process the refund to your
original payment method.
Timelines
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
- Once processed, the money typically reaches your account in
5–7 business days (depends on your bank or card
provider).
- Your Pro access is removed when the refund is processed; the free
features keep working normally.
Notes
- The 3-day free trial exists so you can test every Pro feature before
paying — we encourage you to use it first.
- After the 7-day window, refunds are given only where required by
law.
- This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing
recurring to cancel.
